COMME des GARÇONS HOMME PLUS’s 2013A/W collection was branded “the Tree of Youth”. Like the brand name suggests, the collection aimed to express the various feelings of teenagers, their hopes, happiness and distress. The models, wearing hats with bunny ears designed by Stephen Jones, wore coats and jackets with a vintage-like design, evoking a kind of nostalgia from the viewer. Many of these items had a very feminine element to them. For example, at first glance this long skirt in gold seems quite ladylike in silhouette; this item is representative for the whole collection.
